Interviewer Center
Wednesday–Friday 8:30 AM–7:00 PM
Second Floor, Bryant Suite, Hilton New York
Interviewers must check in at the Interviewer Center on arrival to receive a 2007 CAA interviewer ID card. Use this card for access to the computer terminals in the Interviewer Center and the Interview Hall. Interviewers may use the Online Career Center in the Interviewer Center to post last-minute listings, update current listings, search and view résumés, communicate with job seekers, schedule interviews, and rent tables and booths. At the Interviewer Center, you may mark new or existing positions with the Career Fair icon to let candidates know you will be interviewing onsite.
It is highly recommended that interviewers post jobs and rent tables and booths in advance of the conference. The Career Fair online services are now available in the Online Career Center, so you can let candidates know well in advance that you will be conducting interviews at the conference.
Return of Job Seekers’ Materials
It is expected that all interviewers return original artwork, slides, prints, CDs, DVDs, and copies of publications that have been provided by applicants in support of their candidacy. When requesting and collecting materials from candidates, please request that they provide self-addressed stamped envelopes. CAA will NOT be responsible for returning materials, as this is the sole responsibility of interviewers.
