NEW! This year, CAA offers improved arrangements for the Interview Hall. The hall will be divided into two distinct areas: interview booths and interview tables.

The Interview Booths are for prearranged interviews. Each booth is semiprivate and encourages a calm, focused interview environment. A check-in attendant will assist interviewees to booths.

The Interview Tables are ideal for employers who have not prescheduled interviews. Job seakers can drop off résumés and portfolios informally and meet prospective employers at tables where interviews may also be conducted.

Interviewers must first check into the Interviewer Center on arrival to receive a 2007 CAA Interviewer ID card and password. If you cannot locate your ID and password for your existing account, you can obtain this information in the conference registration area, where CAA staff will assist you.

Return of Job Seekers’ Materials

It is expected that all interviewers return original art work, slides, prints, CDs, DVDs, and copies of publications that have been provided by applicants in support of their candidacy. When requesting and collecting materials from candidates, please request that they provide self-addressed stamped envelopes. CAA will NOT be responsible for returning materials, as this is the sole responsibility of interviewers.

Booth and Table Cancellation

No booth or table cancellations will be accepted or refunds offered after January 26, 2007. To cancel a table rental, please contact Patricia Holquist at pholquist@collegeart.org.
