Registration Onsite
To register for the conference onsite, visit the registration area during the following hours:

Onsite registration may be paid by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express credit card or by check drawn on a US bank, payable to: College Art Association. Cash is accepted.

Onsite Registration: If CAA has not received your complete registration form with payment by January 17, 2007, you must register onsite at the higher onsite registration rate. Payments received after January 17 will be returned and not processed. Onsite registrants are not included in the Directory of Attendees.
Check-In and Onsite Registration Locations at the New York Hilton: Second Floor Promenade: Information, Membership, Onsite Registration, purchase of Abstracts and of tickets for single-day entry and special events, and replacement badges. Third Floor West Promenade: Check-in for Early Bird, Advance, Complimentary, Exhibitor, and Press registrants.

Single-Day Registration
Single-day registration is available onsite only, during registration hours. A single-day ticket includes a one-day conference badge and Program, but not the Abstracts 2007 or Directory of Attendees.
Price per day: $150, credit card or check; cash is accepted.Institutional Member Registration
Discounted rates will not be available to onsite registrants.
Badges, Program, Directory Of Attendees, Abstracts 2007
You will receive your conference badge, Program, Directory of Attendees, and Abstracts 2007 at the conference registration and check-in areas beginning Tuesday at 5:00 PM. Each registrant is entitled to one Program, Directory, and Abstracts. When purchased in advance, tickets to special events will also be in your registration packet.
Program: All conference registrants receive a Program onsite. Additional copies of the Program may be purchased onsite for $10, credit card, check, or cash.
Badge: A conference badge entitles you to attend all sessions and the Book and Trade Fair. Please wear your badge at all times. There will be a $50 charge, credit card, check, or cash, to replace a lost badge.
Directory of Attendees: The Directory contains name, address, affiliation, e-mail address, and phone number of all Early Bird registrants. It will be distributed to all registrants. If you do not want to be listed in it, please check the appropriate box on the registration form. Only Early Bird registrants are eligible to be listed in the Directory.
Abstracts 2007: The printed abstracts and speaker statements will be distributed to all registrants. It facilitates selection of sessions to attend and provides a written record of conference proceedings. Additional copies of Abstracts 2007 may be purchased onsite for $30, credit card, check, or cash.
Audio Recordings: Audio CDs of selected sessions will be available for order at the conference. Visit the Conference Media Contractors Service Desk in the registration area on the Second Floor Promenade.
