Do I need to be a CAA member to participate?
No. Membership is not required. If you would like to join CAA, please call 212-691-1051, ext. 12, or visit www.collegeart.org/membership.

As a speaker, do I to register for the conference?
No. You are not required to register to speak at your session. If you would like to attend the conference in its entirety and receive a badge and conference publications, you must register for the conference.

Is there a place that I should check in at the conference?
No. You do not need to check in. Please contact your chair prior to the conference about where and when to meet after arriving in Dallas.

Is there an internet connection in my session room?
Regretfully, the cost of providing internet access in meeting rooms is prohibitive and therefore not possible.

Who do I talk to about AV equipment?
Please see the AV Information Sheet. If you have more specific questions, please speak to your session chair.

Does CAA provide my panel with a laptop?
No laptops are provided. Please make arrangements prior to the conference.

Are extra slide carousels available?
Yes. Carousels are available for check-out in the Speaker Ready Room. Caramates are also available to view slides.

Can I print my session paper at the conference?
You may want to print your paper before leaving for the conference. There is no opportunity to do so on site, free of cost.
