rates, you must state that you are attending the College Art
Association conference. Please be sure to request a confirmation
number or ask for a written confirmation by mail, email, or
fax. The hotel’s group cancellation policy is at least seventy-two
hours prior to arrival. When canceling a reservation, obtain a
cancellation number.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is NOON.
Reservations must be made no later than Tuesday, January 27,
2009, to receive the conference discount rates.
