Single-Time-Slot Registration
Single-time-slot registration is available onsite only, during registration hours. Single time-slot refers to morning (9:30 AM–noon) or afternoon (2:30–5:00 PM) sessions. With the purchase of a single-time-slot ticket, you may enter any and all sessions within that particular time period. Purchase of a single-time-slot ticket does not include a conference badge, Conference Program, conference tote, Abstracts 2013, entrance to the Book and Trade Fair and to select area museums and galleries, or access to the Directory of Attendees. Price per ticket: $70 (nonmembers); $50 (members); $35 (student and retired members); pay by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover credit card; by check drawn from a US bank, payable to College Art Association; or cash. The lines for single-time-slot registration are often long so be sure to arrive at least forty minutes before the session starts.
Single-day Registration
Single-day registration is available onsite only during registration hours. A single-day ticket includes a one-day conference badge and Conference Program, but not access to the Abstracts 2013 or Directory of Attendees. Price per day: $195 (nonmember); $145 (member); and $100 (student/retired member); payable by credit card, check, or cash. The lines for single-day registration are often long so be sure to arrive at least forty minutes before the morning session starts.
Purchase the full set of the Annual Conference session recordings before the conference and receive a $50 discount.
Institutional registrations are not available onsite at the conference. Institutional members may not register individuals onsite.
There are no refunds on Annual Conference registration.
BOOK AND TRADE FAIR
Admission is FREE with your conference registration badge. For those not registered for the full conference, Exhibit Hall tickets are available onsite in the registration area during the conference.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION FOR PRE-REGISTRANTS
Check in for Early, Advance, Exhibitor, and Press registrants is located on the Third Floor Promenade, Hilton New York.
You can pick up your conference badge, conference tote and Conference Program, at the check-in area beginning Tuesday, February 12 at 5:00PM.
Special events tickets purchased in advance will be included with your conference registration materials. To purchase special events tickets onsite, you may visit the onsite registration area located on the Second Floor Promenade, Hilton New York.
