REGISTRATION

Conference registration entitles you to receive a Conference badge, Program, Directory of Attendees, and Abstracts 2006. Your badge grants you entry to any and all sessions as well as to the Book and Trade Fair. All those registering at the member or student/retired member rate MUST be paid-up members at the time they register.

Note: The Conference registration fee does NOT include CAA membership dues and does NOT entitle an individual to use the onsite Career Fair or to enter the Candidate Center to use the Online Career Center―this requires a CAA Member I.D. and password. Full instructions for using the Online Career Center are at www.collegeart.org.

Onsite Registration at the Conference

All those not registered by January 13, 2006, must register onsite.

CAA Paid Member: $240
CAA Paid Student/Retired Member: $145
Nonmember: $355

If CAA has not received your complete registration form with payment by January 13, 2006, you must register onsite at the Conference at the higher onsite registration rates. Payments received after January 13 will be returned and not processed.

CHECK-IN AND ONSITE REGISTRATION LOCATION

Check-in and registration are located on the Plaza Level, Hynes Convention Center.

Registration Hours:
Tuesday 5:00 pm–7:00 pm
Wednesday–Friday 8:00 am–7:00 pm
Saturday 8:30 am–2:30 pm

Conference badges, Program, Directory of Attendees, and Abstracts 2006 may be picked up beginning Tuesday at 5:00 pm. Each registrant, either through preregistration or onsite registration, is entitled to one Program, one Directory, and one Abstracts 2006. When purchased with preregistration, tickets to special events will be included in your registration packet.

Badges

Those with Conference badges may attend all sessions and have access to the Book and Trade Fair. Please wear your badge at all times. There will be a $5 charge, cash only, to replace a lost badge.

Conference Program

Replacement copies of the Conference Program are available only to those who registered for the full Conference. The replacement cost is $5, cash only.

Directory of Attendees

The Directory lists the names, affiliations, street addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses of all preregistrants who opted to be listed. It will be distributed to all registrants. If you do not want to be listed in the Directory, please check the appropriate box on your registration form.

Single-Time-Slot Admission

Single tickets will be sold for those wishing to attend sessions during a single time-slot. “Single-time-slot” refers to morning or afternoon program sessions. A single-time-slot ticket entitles you to enter any and all sessions within that particular time period. Tickets are available during registration hours ONLY. Purchase of a single-time-slot ticket does NOT include a Conference badge, Program, Directory of Attendees, or Abstracts 2006.

Abstracts 2006

This publication collects session statements and abstracts of speaker presentations and will be distributed to all registrants. Abstracts 2006 facilitates selection of sessions to attend, and provides a record of Conference proceedings.

Abstracts 2006 may also be purchased at the Conference in the registration area.

$10, Cash or Credit Card Only—Students with current I.D.

Audio Recordings

Recordings of selected sessions will be available for purchase at the Conference. Visit the Conference Media Contractors Service Desk in the registration area on the Plaza Level of the Convention Center.
